Mating Season: In tropical climates, largely from around Gregorian calendar month to April; throughout the winter months in temperate regions.
Gestation: 103 days.
Litter size: 3-4 cubs.
Cubs follow their mother out of the den at around eight weeks and become freelance at around eighteen months aged. They leave their mothers at concerning two ½ years. Mothers guard their young from wandering males that will kill the cubs to form the feminine receptive to pairing
